Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by calling or emailing us with your order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Due to the nature of bio-cultures, seeds, and food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Products must be unused and in original packaging where safety allows.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Opened mother-culture pouches, perishable farm produce, and custom bulk orders may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
