NPK - DKC 500ML + OWDC

Overview

NPK-DKC is a mixture of beneficial microorganisms. It contains a pure strain of NPK mother culture; after multiplication it achieves a high count. OWDC (Original Waste Decomposer) plays a vital role in mass multiplication. The line-up includes nitrogen fixers (organisms that convert atmospheric nitrogen into a form plants can use), phosphorus solubilizers (organisms that make phosphorus more available to plants), and potassium mobilizers (organisms that enhance potassium uptake by plants). One free OWDC pouch (41 g) is included.

• If you already have OWDC pouch or OWDC solution: use 10 liters once in 100 liters (or proportional quantity of water).

Uses

• For flood irrigation after sowing: use about 200 liters per acre.
• For drip irrigation: use about 100 liters per acre.

Method of preparation

• Farmer preparation: In a 100-liter plastic drum, mix 500 ml mother culture + 41 g OWDC + 500 g jaggery, molasses, or sugarcane juice + water to 100 liters total (as per your drum size).
• Stir the mixture well; in about 5 days it should be ready to use.
• Preserving multiplied culture: Prefer an earthen pot or plastic containers.
• After the 5-day multiplication, take 2 liters or more into a container, seal or cover, and store in a cool place.
• The container may also be buried about 2 feet underground for longer preservation.
